Hollywood Radio Theater presents 'The Day the Earth Stood Still'

Color publicity still for 'The Day the Earth Stood Still' (1951)

Airdate: 3-26-1954: Actor Michael Rennie reprises his role as Klaatu for the radio listening audience. Jean Peters plays Helen Benson. Billy Gray is recognizable as the character of Bobby Benson. Of special delight: the narrator is none other than the "voice of fifties sci fi" himself: Paul Frees!
